Shipping & Returns

Megatone Music uses USPS Priority or First Class on all Domestic shipments. On Guitars, Basses, Amps and Pro Audio we use either FedEx or UPS. All items ship within 24-48 business hours of payment clearing. Tracking will be available and emailed within that time frame.

We do not offer free shipping on used or refurbished items unless free shipping is noted on the listing. Most new products over $99.00 include Free Shipping.

International Customers: We do not ship International orders for free. I'm sorry but it's to costly. Megatone Music strives to provide our international customers with the most affordable shipping. Our rates are extremely competitive and we'll work with you the best we can. All shipments are insured and tracked.

We offer combined shipping on multiple item purchases, please email us before you order for a quote. You can save a lot of money on shipping when purchasing multiple items! Most additional items will ship at half of that item's posted shipping rate. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes on items being shipped from the US. These costs are the buyers responsibility.

Online Returns:

Megatone Music offers a full 30-day money back guarantee on the items you purchased online. The product must be in brand new condition upon returning. That means no scratches, nicks, chips or broken pieces. The box it arrived in must be the box it is returned in with all paperwork or documents that were included.

Once we receive the item back we will credit your payment with the same card or method you used to initially pay for the product, minus any shipping charges or fees Megatone Music incurred to deliver the product to your doorstep.

In-Store Returns:

Megatone Music will honor a 7-day in-store return policy for any items you purchased in our physical retail store. The product must be in brand new condition upon returning. That means no scratches, nicks, chips or broken pieces. The box needs to be present with the product at the time of returning with all paperwork or documents that were included with the product.
